As we are nearing the end of the financial year, those families who have elected to pay their fees annually, are reminded that their fees are due by the 30th June 2025. Fees can be paid via Bpay, Direct Debit, credit card or cash over the counter.

Thank you to those families who are committed to making regular weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments. If your payments are in arrears, you may receive an email requesting for the outstanding amount to be paid to bring the account up to date. 

When fee statements are received each month, there is a section on the bottom that will tell you the amount of your weekly, fortnightly or monthly repayments. Please check these and make any necessary adjustments to have your account finalised by the due date of 30 November 2025. 

It is the commitment of the Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle that no student will be denied a Catholic education due to financial hardship and that in consultation with the principal and with supporitng documentary evidence, fee adjustments can be applied. Families who can't meet full fee obligations, are encouraged to contact the school on 4954 0036 to arrange a meeting with the Principal or Co-Principal.
